Mrs. Tracy Cosmetology Exam Prep Service and Kit Rental Agreement
The practical exam kit is available for rent under the following terms: All exam kit rentals are $125 plus $150 refundable deposit. (Refundable under certain terms listed in this agreement and conditions). Exam kit is to be returned within 3 days. If exam kit is not returned by due date a fee of $25 a day is applied. Deposit is forfeited if there are any damages to the storage exam kit, which includes all tools and items inside the kit as well as the carrier kit itself, while in student possession. It is mandatory that the renter go through a signed checklist, that is provided of all items at the time of rental and upon return of rental, to insure all items are accounted for. All monies are nonrefundable whether student passes or fails exam.
